This extensive renovation has transformed a dangerous, failing structure into a safe, functional equipment storage area that will serve East Pointe Country Club’s maintenance needs for years to come. The reinforced structural elements and new roofing system will provide proper protection for their valuable maintenance equipment while ensuring the safety of the maintenance staff who work in and around the facility daily. The project demonstrates our ability to assess and rectify critical structural failures while maintaining the functional requirements of the facility, all completed with minimal disruption to the club’s ongoing operations.
