High Ridge Golf Course recognized the need for a modern, environmentally responsible equipment cleaning facility that would meet current sustainability standards while improving operational efficiency. The existing maintenance operations lacked a proper wash station, forcing equipment cleaning to occur in unsuitable areas without adequate drainage or water management systems.
